BEING A GODLY MAN GROUP GUIDELINES

 The purpose of this group is to equip you to be a Godly man.  This will involve personal time and time together studying God’s word, and applying what you’ve studied to your daily life. If you don’t already have another mature Christian man you are accountable to, you will need to pray and ask God to give you somebody.  

 THE FOLLOWING THINGS WILL HELP YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF BEING PART OF THE GROUP

 1.        Submit a Registration form & Personal testimony Click here to register or download the form and                      turn it in at the first meeting.

 2.        Attend all group meetings unless there are extenuating circumstances.  If possible, please let us know                     if you will miss a meeting

 3.        If you miss a group meeting, get together with another group member and go over what you missed.

 4.        Complete all study assignments as directed.

5.        Meet with your accountability partner regularly and go over the accountability guide.  Click here to                           download the accountability guide.

 6.      Going through the following study Manuals (BASIC CHRISTIAN LIFE,  BASIC FAMILY LIFE, BASIC                         CHURCH LIFE, BASIC PERSONAL EVANGELISM & DISCIPLESHIP, and BASIC DISCIPLESHIP.)                       These studies can be downloaded and printed from our website   Click here.

 7.        Maintaining a Prayer Diary or Journal.

 MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED:    A New King James or King James version of the Bible to do your Bible studies, loose Leaf Binder, pen and pencil, and notebook paper.

The following Bibles will give you some good alternative readings of the scriptures; The Amplified Bible, The New Living Translation, and/or The Message.

There will be an opportunity to give a love offering to help with the expenses of the training
